Underworld don Bannanje Raja’s Birthday, followers put Banner Wishing him near SP office!
Udupi: In a Surprise move a publicity banner of the Fugitive underworld don Bannanje Raja was displayed on Friday, December 15 near the SP office.
December 15 is the birthday of Bannanje Raja. In this connection, his followers wished him by displaying a huge banner.
Another surprise is that his followers have formed an association and registered it under the society act called Bannanje Raja Abhimanigala Balaga (R). As a part of his birthday, his followers decided to distribute fruits and bed sheets to the patients of Sanjay Gandhi Hospital Bengaluru. The fruits and bed sheets distribution programme has been jointly organized by Bannanje Raja Abhimanigala Balaga (R) Bengaluru and Udupi.
Why is the Udupi City Municipal Council which has acted strictly against illegal banners silent now? is the question asked by the public. Moreover, the banner by the Bannanje Raja Abhimanigala Balaga (R) has been put up near the SP office creating a lot of controversies.
Presently Bannanje Raja is housed in the Central Prison at Hindalga in the outskirts of Belagavi city. Bannanje Raja, who has been accused in several cases of extortion, was arrested in Morocco on 2015 February, later he was handed over to the Karnataka Police.
