36-year-old Missing Woman Found Dead in Well
Mangaluru: The body of a 36-year-old missing woman was found in a well in Kollabettu here on July 28.
The deceased has been identified as Ashalatha (36) from Kollabettu, Badagulipadi.
According to sources, on July 26, Ashalatha had gone to sleep after having dinner. On July 27, she had gone missing, and the family members searched for her at her relatives and neighbouring houses but could not trace her.
In this connection, the family members filed a missing person’s complaint in the Bajpe police station.
On July 28 evening Ashalatha’s body was found in the nearby well. The police are investigating the case.
