40-year-old man found hanging at Kollur
Kundapur: A 40-year-old man was found hanging at Jadkal Kollur here on November 11.
The deceased has been identified as Bhaskar Poojary (40), a resident of Mekke Jadkal.
According to the police, Bhaskar Shetty was staying with his daughter. His wife had left him and was staying with another man. Bhaskar was running a grocery shop. On November 11, Bhaskar was found hanging to the wooden beam near his shop.
Police have recovered a death note from his pocket but Bhaskar was illiterate. Looking at the body, locals suspect that Bhaskar might have been murdered and later hanged.
Kollur police reached the spot and registered a case.
