76-year-old man Commits suicide by Hanging at Boloor
Mangaluru: A 76-year-old man committed suicide by hanging at Boloor here on January 26.
The deceased has been identified as Eshwar Poojary (76), a resident of Boloor.
According to sources, it is alleged that Eshwar Poojary was harassed by his son Ramesh Poojary (40) who is a Lorry driver by profession. Ramesh often used to fight with his father after getting drunk, on January 26, Ramesh tried to stab his father.
It is suspected that Eshwar Poojary unable to tolerate the harassment by his son and committed suicide.
A case of unnatural death has been filed in the Barke police station and the investigation is on.
