82-year-old Man From Padubidri Dies Of COVID-19 in Udupi
Udupi: One more COVID-19 death has been reported in Udupi district on July 13 taking the COVID-19 death toll to five in the district.
According to Dr Sudheer Chandra Sooda, an 82-year-old man from Padubidri was admitted to a private hospital in Udupi for breathing difficulty and Kidney disease. On July 13 he breathed his last without responding to the treatment. The hospital conducted the COVID-19 test, and the result came out positive on July 14.
With this death, the COVID-19 toll has gone up to 5 in the district.
The final rights were held at the Beedinagudde crematorium, Udupi as per the COVID -19 protocol.
