AJ Cancer Institute Organises Hair Donation Camp to Support Cancer Patients
Mangaluru: AJ Cancer Institute, a Comprehensive Cancer Care Centre under A.J. Hospital & Research Centre, is organising a Hair Donation Camp on Saturday, 7th February 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The camp will be held in the 2nd Floor Conference Hall at A.J. Hospital.

The initiative is being conducted in association with the Indian Cancer Society and Capeli Salon to support cancer patients undergoing treatment, especially those experiencing hair loss due to chemotherapy.
Hair donated during the camp will be used to create wigs for cancer patients, helping restore confidence and emotional well-being during their treatment journey. This humanitarian effort aims to spread awareness about cancer care and encourage community participation in supporting patients beyond medical treatment.
The organisers invite students, professionals, and members of the public to actively participate in this noble cause and make a meaningful difference in the lives of cancer survivors.
For further details, interested participants may contact the A.J. Cancer Institute, A.J. Hospital & Research Centre.
