Ban SDPI, PFI, and KFD immediately – Mattar Rathnakar Hegde

He was speaking at a press meet held at the BJP district office Kadiyali. Hegde said that the state government is adamant to observe the Tipu Jayanti just to safeguard their vote bank and also appease the minority community.

Reminding that the maiden Tipu Jayanti programme last year had cost the life of Kuttappa in Madikeri. BJP has decided to stage protests in all the district headquarters on November 8. The Udupi district unit has organized a protest meet and rally on November 8 evening at 3 pm. Karnataka is witnessing organized and systematic attacks on the BJP and the RSS workers, similar to those in Kerala. The Karnataka government has not taken any steps to prevent the attacks and punish those responsible for such attacks.

The recent attacks on BJP and RSS workers have a lot of similarities with each other. The kind of weapons used and the plan of action in all these attacks was similar. The attacks appear to be a big conspiracy. Around 7 RSS workers and 12 BJP workers were killed in last one year. The government should immediately ban the Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI), Popular Front of India and Karnataka Forum for Dignity (KFD).
