Yokohama (Japan), Dec 17 (IANS) Striker Luis Suarez scored a hat-trick in FC Barcelona’s 3-0 victory over China’s Guangzhou Evergrande at the Club World Cup semi-finals on Thursday.
Suarez scored in the 39th, 50th and 67th minute, with the last one from penalty, reports Xinhua.
Star striker Lionel Messi missed the game because of abdominal pain caused by renal colic.
Barcelona will take on Argentina’s River Plate in the final on December 20.
