Bishop Dr Peter Inaugurates Advanced 128 Slice CT Scan Machine, Renovated Fatima Ward at FMCI

Mangaluru: Advanced 128 Slice CT Scan Machine, Renovated Fatima Ward and 110 Feet height Sump and Overhead Tank have been inaugurated at Fr Muller Charitable Institutions by Bishop of Mangaluru Diocese, Dr Peter Paul Saldanha on 13 March 2019 On the occasion of Founder’s Day. Contractors, Engineers and Designers who were responsible for construction were felicitated on the occasion.

Addressing the gathering, President of the programme Bishop Dr Peter Saldanha said, “Believing in the God will accomplish all works. His blessing will yield us new strength to complete the quality based works”.

Fr Muller Hospital Administrator Fr Rudolph Ravi D’Sa, Thumbay Fr Muller Hospital Administrator Fr Roshan Crasta, Deralakatte Fr Muller Homeopathy Hospital Administrator Fr Vincent Saldanha, Former Administrator Fr Dennis D’Sa, Former Director Fr Peter Noronha, present Assistant Administrator Fr Nelson Pais, Homeopathy Hospital Assistant Administrator Fr Vincent Lobo and others were present.

Fr Muller Charitable Hospital’s Director Fr Richard Coelho Welcomed the gathering. Medical College Administrator read the list of those who were felicitated. The programme was compered by Dr Simona D’Souza.

The newly installed Advanced 128 Slice CT Scan Machine is multi-useful. 128 Slices can be derived at a time within a second. Heart Scanning can be done speedily and the result will be derived. Radiology Department Chief Dr H.B.Suresh said that, since the machine has got less Radiation, it will be helpful to the patients.
