BJP Dakshina Kannada District Education Cell formed
Mangaluru: The inaugural meeting and formation of the BJP Dakshina Kannada District Education Cell was held at the BJP District Office on Friday, September 26, under the guidance of BJP District President Satish Kumpala.
During the meeting, the District President appointed the following office-bearers, who were formally inducted:
Vasanth Manjanady – District Convenor
Narayan Gowda Bantwal – Co-Convenor
Suresh Bhandary – Moodbidri
Vineeth Nair – Mangaluru North
Satyanarayana Bhat – Mangaluru South
Suresh M.S. – Belthangady
Manamohan – Sullia
Rajendra Master – Puttur
K.E. Babu – Mangaluru South Convenor
Vasanth Rai B.K. – Mangaluru Mandal Convenor
The meeting was attended by M.G. Bhat of Kumta, State Co-Convenor of the BJP Education Cell and State Co-In-charge of the BJP Seva Sankalpa ‘Badalavaneya Kathe’ (Story of Change) initiative.
Bhat urged members of the Education Cell to actively participate in the activities of the ‘Badalavaneya Kathe’ programme. He also provided guidance on forming and functioning the district- and mandal-level committees.
Sudheer Shetty Kannur, Coordinator of the BJP Cells of Dakshina Kannada district, and Murali Hosamajalu, Member of the Karnataka State BJP Education Cell and In-charge of the Dakshina Kannada Education Cell, also participated and offered their guidance and suggestions.
