If BJP pours kerosene, PFI lights fire – Youth Cong president Vishwas Amin

Udupi: The Bharathiya Janatha Party has cheated the people of Udupi district by utilizing the funds of Kollur Mookambika Temple for private institutions said Udupi Youth Congress President Vishwas V Amin. In a press release issued by the Youth Congress Office Udupi, Amin has stated that the former BJP government in the state misused its power by utilizing the funds of Kollur temple and granting to private institutions in Kalladka.

Udupi-Chikkamagaluru MP Shobha Karandlaje is lobbying for private institutions in Kalladka while the development in her constituency has stopped. The BJP is troubling the students by pleasing an individual. The BJP which is taking advantage in the name of Hindutva has set back the education of many students. Students belonging to the Dalit and Backward classes starve in schools, let MP Shobha Karandlaje beg to provide them food rather than pleasing an individual. The BJP leaders should at least donate a part of their assets for running the private institution in Kalladka. People who are pleasing an individual for their political gain are Anti-Hindus.

The Popular Front of India and BJP have signed a contract to stir communal tension in the society. If BJP pours kerosene, PFI lights the fire. Communal tension in twin districts is politically motivated. The government is taking effective measures to tackle communal forces in the coastal areas.

The proposal for Hejamadi port was sent by the State government. The UPA government had approved the construction of Hejamadi port by allocating 70:30 funds. Now the BJP says that the central government will provide only 50:50 of the funds for the port. The State government will release funds for the project after the technical approval is granted, he said.

The BJP is having mastery over looting sand and mines. The BJP leaders are involved in illegal sand mining in the district. The Congress government has regulated the sand mining. The Minister in-charge district Pramod Madhwaraj in a press release said that permission has been granted for traditional sand mining.
