Udupi: An unidentified man committed suicide by hanging to a tree in front of Robosoft Technologies near Santhekatte here on March 22.
According to the Udupi Town Police a unidentified person hanged himself to a tree on March 21. The incident came to light in the morning when passersby saw the body hanging to the tree and informed the police.
The fire department officials and Udupi Town police arrived at the spot and lowered the body. The body has been shifted to the hospital for post-mortem.
A case has been registered in the Udupi Town Police Station.
