Brahmavar: Son Allegedly Murders Parents with Hammer in Baikadi Gandhinagar
Brahmavar: In a shocking incident, a man allegedly beat his father and mother to death with a hammer following an argument over a trivial matter. The incident occurred at Gandhinagar in Baikadi, Brahmavar, on Sunday night.
The deceased have been identified as Mehboob Ali and his wife, Shamshad Begum, residents of Gandhinagar. Their son, Shahid Ali, has been named as the accused. Brahmavar police have taken him into custody and are questioning him.
Mehboob Ali was working as a lorry driver, while Shahid Ali was reportedly employed as a food delivery worker. On Sunday night, Shahid allegedly had an argument with his parents over an issue. According to police sources, he became enraged during the argument and attacked both of them with a hammer.
The couple sustained serious injuries in the attack and succumbed to their injuries. According to reports, Shahid himself informed the police about the incident. Acting on the information, police rushed to the spot and took him into custody.
