Byndoor CPI and Driver Injured as Jeep Rolls over

Kundapur: Circle inspector of Byndoor and his driver sustained minor injuries after their Jeep rolled over while chasing a suspicious vehicle late night of October 15.

Speaking to mangalorean.com Superintendent of Police, Udupi district Vishnuvardhan said, “Byndoor CPI Suresh Naik along with his Jeep driver were on night patrol in the Byndoor police station limits. When they found a Maruti Omni car moving suspiciously, the CPI chased the car in his Jeep. As the Jeep reached near Raghavendra Math Byndoor, the driver lost control and the vehicle rolled over.

CPI Suresh Naik and Driver Hemraj escaped with minor injuries. Both have been admitted to a private Hospital in Kundapur.
