Byndoor Police Constable Nagesh Billava Dies in Road Accident
Kundapur: A police constable died on the spot at Kambadakone, NH 66 after his bike hit a truck parked on the road on November 15.
The deceased has been identified as Nagesh Billava. He was working as a police constable in the Byndoor Police station.
According to the sources, During the wee hours of Thursday, around 2:30 am, Nagesh was heading towards home after finishing his duty. When he reached near Kambadakone, he failed to notice the truck parked on the road and crashed into it. Nagesh was severely injured and died on the spot.
Senior police officials including SP Laxman Nimbarigi rushed to Byndoor.
A case has been registered in the Byndoor Police Station.
