Coalition Government Stable, We will prove Majority during Trust Vote – U T Khader

There is a provision to take action against those going against the government”, said the District Minister In-charge U T Khader in a press meet held at the Circuit House here on July 17.

Answering the queries of the reporters U T Khader said, “On July 18, discussions will begin and every member will be given the opportunity to express their opinion. The CM has asked the permission to seek the trust vote and the speaker has given the permission. On July 18, at 11 am discussions will begin and I am confident to get the majority.”

When asked about the involvement of Roshan Baig in the IMA Ponzi Scheme scam, U T Khader said, “The SIT will investigate the case. Those involved in the scam will be punished. Our intention is to provide justice to those who have invested their money in this. Money should be returned to investors. The scam and trust vote issues are no connected in any way.”

When asked about the rebel MLAs who are in Mumbai, U T Khader said, “The rebel MLAs are locked in a hotel in Mumbai. They are under house arrest and we are unable to contact them. We are sure to retain the coalition government. The BJP is trying to destabilize the coalition government and the entire world is watching the political developments in Karnataka.
