CREDAI KARNATAKA recognizes Land Trades ‘Solitaire’ with ‘CARE AWARDS 2019’
Karnataka State Chapter of Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India (CREDAI) has recognized ‘Solitaire’ residential project of Land Trades Builders & Developers with ‘CARE Award 2019’. The award was presented on the occasion of CREDAI STATECON 2019, the state-level real estate convention held at Hotel Four Seasons Bangalore on November 14 and 15, 2019. Land Trades ‘Solitaire’ was selected for the honour in the category of ‘Best Residential Dwellings above 50 units in Mangaluru Chapter’. Peter Mascarenhas of Archi Technics, the architect of ‘Solitaire’ and Umesh K. V., General Manager – Project Operations of Land Trades Builders & Developers received the award on behalf of the firm.
One of the tallest high rise buildings of Mangalore, ‘Solitaire’ is widely admired and hailed as a tribute to excellence and quality. It had only recently received CRISIL’s highest real estate project grading of ‘7 Stars’, indicating maximum potential of the project for being delivered as per agreed specifications and assured time.
