Decomposed body of 75-year-old man found in Kallianpur
Udupi: The body of a 75-year-old man was found in a decomposed state at his house in Kallianpur on September 25.
The deceased has been identified as Fredrick (75).
According to the Malpe Police, Fredrick was a bachelor and was living alone for many years. It is thought that Fredric might have died almost 15 days ago in his house. Fredrick’s Brother and Sisters are living in Bengaluru. Fredrick was suffering from Kidney disease and a month ago he was admitted to the hospital.
According to the Police, Fredrick might have slipped and fell and sustained serious head injuries. As per his phone details, he had called his relatives 15 days ago. On Tuesday, when neighbours came Fredrick’s house foul smell was emanating from inside and the door was also locked from inside. The neighbors then alerted the Malpe Police.
The Police arrived at the Spot and broke open the door. They found Fredrick’s body in the hall in a totally decomposed state. The body was sent to a hospital for autopsy.
A case has been registered in the Malpe Police Station.
