Defense Minister Nirmala Sitharaman Visits Houses of Missing Fishermen and Consoles Family Members
Udupi: Union Defense minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Tuesday, March 26 visited the houses of Suvarna Thribuja boat owner Chandrashekar Kotian and fisherman Damodar, who went missing, along with the boat and consoled the family members.
The minister met Chandrashekar’s wife Shyamala and Damodar’s wife Mohini.
The boat Suvarna Tribhuja, which had left for deep sea fishing from Malpe on December 13, went missing on December 15 midnight and has remained untraceable until this day.
