Dr Harsha Interacts with COVID Warrior Families through Video Conference

Mangaluru: Police commissioner Dr. Harsha had initiated the “He is my Today’s COVID-19 on April 13, to appreciate the work done by the police personnel in the Commissionerate.

Today, April 21 Dr. Harsha decided to connect all the COVID-19 Warriors with their families and interact with them since most of them stay away from their families.

In his video message Dr Harsha said, “The police constables, ASIs and head constables are in constant touch with the people and are helping them during the lockdown. To recognize their work we are choosing a “COVID-19 Warrior” every day. Since their parents and family members are in other places, we are trying to keep in touch with them. When we spoke to them through videoconferencing and informed them about the work done by their son or daughter, they feel happy. The doctors, nurses, paramedics, and police personnel work sincerely and very hard to fight against the COVID-19 Pandemic. They deserve respect, we all should respect them for their exemplary work”.

During the interaction with all the COVID-19 Warriors families through videoconferencing, Dr. Harsha speaking to the family members of Puneet said, “Your son Puneet has done an excellent job creating awareness about the COVID-19 Pandemic and has strictly enforced the lockdown norms”.

All the 8, COVID-19 Warriors spoke to their family members through videoconferencing and were very happy.
