Dr P S Harsha IPS New Top Cop of Mangaluru Police Commissionerate
Mangaluru: The official transfer order of Police commissioner Sandeep Patil was issued on August 1 and Dr Subramanyeshwara Rao was appointed as the Police commissioner of Mangaluru commissionerate. But due to personal reasons, Dr Subramanyeswara Rao was not able to come to Mangaluru. On August 5, the Karnataka government Secretariat issued the transfer orders to the police officers.
Dr P S Harsha IPS (KN 2005) has been transferred with immediate effect and posted until further orders as DIG and commissioner of Police, Mangaluru City.
Dr P S Harsha is presently working as Director (Security and Vigilance) Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation Bengaluru. Dr Harsha has also served as the Commissioner of Information Department and ASP of Puttur.
