Effective leadership can lead nation towards development: Annamalai K

Chikkamagaluru: Effective leadership can lead the nation towards development said Annamalai K, District Superintendent of Police, Chikkamagaluru District. He was speaking after inaugurating the Swacch Bharat cleanliness drive organized by Chetana MMS College, Chikkamagaluru here recently.

We need to develop leadership qualities to achieve our goal, a leader should speak against the injustices affecting our society.

The 39 thousand crore defence deal between India and Russia during the BRICS Convention should benefit the country. We should see God in ourselves, which leads us to be good human beings.

We should not fear to raise our voice against corruption or question the wrong doings which will strengthen our efforts in eliminating corruption. We should first assess ourselves before assessing others.

Money is not the success factor but mental, physical and religious growth leads us to success. Youth will lead the nation effectively if provided with quality education. “Ask not what your country can do for you; ask what you can do for your country”. A person can become successful through his intelligence. By condemning the wrongdoings, one can become a good citizen, he added.

Annamalai K together with the students and college staff planted a sapling and launched the Swacch Bharat cleanliness drive.

The College principal Chethan Kumar K T said that every person should think positively, and that will help to achieve success in the life. Annamalai is a role model to every student. We should follow his leadership qualities in our lives, he added.
