  1. Well, as many (fake) secular politicians and ‘brave’ journalists would testify, this is one diverse group of individuals caught using drugs!! LOL There is absolutely nothing special with the identity of these individuals. Let’s all get back to lecturing sanaathana groups on importance of patience and other virtues.

    PS: I’m for legalizing drugs.

  2. Once the food basket of India State Punjab that feed millions of Indians became drug cartel ever since BJP-SAD came to power. Last one decade of a powerful elite of ruling party found to be operating the sinister with blessing of government. It can be recalled that Punjab’s Revenue Minister masterminding the 700 crore drug racket, was arrested on November 12 last year.Punjab, for many years, was a transit point for drugs from Afghanistan. Pictured is a poppy field in Afghanistan. It was also beleived that elections in Punjab being fought with drug money last year that the size of annual narcotics trade in the state was around Rs 60,000 crore.

It is alleged that at the apex of the drugs trade, which is international in its scope (some variants of synthetic drugs such as the odourless and therefore undetectable “ice” are shipped out of India), is Bikram Singh Majithia, brother-in-law of Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal.

Recently there was Vicky Goswami, the alleged kingpin of an international drug cartel, has been arrested by American agencies from his temporary home in Kenya on January 30.The alleged drug baron from Ahmedabad is the husband of former actress Mamta Kulkarni and is wanted by the Thane police in a massive drug haul conducted last year.

We don’t want India to be Afghanistan or Mexico of India. The campuses across India need to more vigilant.Youth are future of India.Drug can also be used as weapon by enemy countries for espionage in exchange for drug and money.

The drug trade should be dealt with all forces and have zero tolerance.
