Guest Lecture by Dr. Ashwin Alva at Fr Muller Medical College
Mangaluru: The Department of General Surgery, Father Muller Medical College, conducted Guest Lecture on 23rd March 2019 (Saturday) at 3.00 – 4.30 p.m. at Hospital Conference Hall. The programme began with prayer song. Dr. Leo Francis Tauro, Professor & HOD, Department of Surgery, welcomed the gathering. Dr. Ashwin Alva, Consultant Surgical Gastroenterologist, A. J. Institute of Medical Sciences, Mangaluru delivered a Guest Lecture on “Recent advances in Management of carcinoma stomach”.
Dr. Erel A.I. Diaz, Professor, Department of Surgery and Dr. Ganesh M. K., Consultant Surgical Gastroenterologist, Father Muller Medical College moderated the session. Dr. Rajeshwara K V, Associate Professor, Department of Surgery proposed the vote of thanks. The programme was compered by Dr. Sriranjini K S, 2nd year Postgraduate Resident. All Staff members and postgraduates from the Department of Surgery were present during the Guest Lecture. Total 40 delegates attended the guest lecture.
