Immoral Policing – College students Thrashed by Group, 2 held
Mangaluru: A girl and a boy belonging to different faiths were thrashed by a group while they were traveling on a bus in Ullal police station limits here on November 21.
According to sources, a girl along with her college mate was returning to the college after visiting the Someshawar. While they were boarding the bus near Paris Junction, in Ullal to go back to the college a group of five persons entered the bus, pulled the boy and girl out of the bus and assaulted them.
The Ullal police were informed by the people in the area. The Ullal police immediately reached the spot and took two persons into custody, three others succeeded to escape.
A case has been registered in Ullal police station.
