Kandlur Police register FIR against 28-year-old-youth over abusive FB post
Kundapur: The Kundapur Rural Police (Kandlur) has registered a case against Nagaraj Mogaveera(28), a resident of Kavradi near Kundapur for a communally sensitive post on his Facebook page.
Mukthar Ahamed had filed a complaint against Nagaraj Mogaveera for sharing a communally sensitive post on Facebook regarding the Tablighi Jamaat gathering in New Delhi.
Based on Mukthar Ahamed’s complaint the Kundapur Rural Police have registered a case under IPC Section 1860, 295A, 505(2) and investigation is on.
