Karkala: Around 25 persons were injured when a passenger bus rolled down into a deep gorge near Kolagudde Hebre here on March 9.
The bus carrying passengers was on its way from Shivamogga to Mangaluru, the driver of the bus lost control while taking a turn, resulting in the bus rolling down into a 20 feet deep gorge injuring several passengers.
Hebri Police have registered a case against the Bus driver Bharathraj and investigation is on. Udupi MLA Pramod Madhwaraj visited the spot and helped to shift the passengers to the hospital.
