Kavoor Police Arrest Two Persons Peddling Drugs at Guddeangadi
Mangaluru: The Kavoor police have arrested two persons in connection with Ganja peddling at Guddeangadi, on the Kavoor – Kuloor Road here on October 5.
The arrested have been identified as Ratan Mendon from Thokkottu and Mayyaddi from Kulai, the third Suresh from Urundadigudde Panjimogeru managed to escape.
According to the police on October 5, on getting information the Kavoor police got into action and arrested Ratan and Mayyaddi. The police have also seized 1.25 kg of Ganja, a pick-up and a Honda Activa from their possession.
A case has been registered in the Kavoor police station under NDPS act. Under the guidance of Police commissioner T R Suresh, DCP Law and Order Hanumantharaya and DCP Crime and Traffic Uma Prashanth the operation was carried out by Kavoor Police inspector and his team.
Police Commissioner T R Suresh has announced a suitable reward for the Kavoor police team.
