Kannada Sahitya Parishat’s Former Prez Pundalika Halambi Passes away
Bengaluru: Pundalika Halambi, former president of the state chapter of Kannada Sahitya Parishat, passed away in a private hospital in the morning of Sunday, Apr 24.
He had been admitted to the hospital a few days ago. He had been elected as president of the KSP in 2012. He had defeated Dr Chandrashekhar Patil in the election. Earlier he had served as the treasurer of the state unit.
Manu Baligar had recently succeeded him after Halambi completed his tenure.
