Lovers attempt Suicide by Consuming Poison at Kodi Beach
Kundapur: In a shocking incident, middle-aged lovers attempted suicide by consuming poison at the Kodi beach near Kundapur here, on March 15.
According to sources a married man Ramesh aged (45) and Sunitha (Name changed) from Bengaluru were in a relationship after their marriage. Both came to the Kodi beach on Sunday and consumed poison. When people found them suffering from pain, the police with the help of the locals rushed them to Government hospital Kundapur.
It is learnt that both are out of danger and are being treated in the intensive care unit.
A case has been registered in the Kundapur police station.
