Mangaluru : CFAL has attained commendable results in NEET 2019 with over 24 students clearing the examination among the 30 who had attended NEET training, 6 among them have shown astounding performance by scoring above 500 (marks). The result has been achieved by the continuous hard work, perseverance and collective efforts of students, teachers and the CFAL team. The top students are eligible for a seat in any medical college in Karnataka. It is noteworthy to mention that many other students from CFAL have secured seats in top Institutions not only in India, but in the world, mostly in fields leading to research. Why NEET?

The National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) is conducted by the NTA for admission to MBBS and BDS courses in the medical and dental colleges approved by the Medical Council of India and the Dental Council of India respectively. NEET is one of the toughest medical entrance exams in India. A total of 15,19,375 students had registered for the exam and of these, 1410755 appeared for the exam held across the country this year. The total number of qualified candidates are 797042. The NEET 2019 result is used for admission to MBBS / BDS across India, excluding seats in JIPMER and AIIMS. The exam consisted of one paper with 180 objective type questions from physics, chemistry and biology.
