Man Attempts to Sexually Assault Woman returning home after work at Katapadi
Udupi: An unidentified person tried to sexually assault a woman by forcibly dragging her to the bushes while she was going home after finishing her work on Tuesday, October 22 night.
The woman in her complaint has stated that she is working in the shop at Udupi. On Tuesday, October 22 night while she was returning home to Katapadi from work, an unidentified person came from behind and dragged her to the bushes on the side of the road and tried to sexually assault her.
The woman screamed for help and a local woman from a nearby house rushed to help her. Seeing the woman the man fled from the spot.
Kaup CPI Mahesh Prasad and Kaup PSI Rajshekar B Saganor visited the spot and collected necessary information.
