Man falls into Stream while Fishing, Goes missing
Mangaluru: A 36-year-old man slipped and fell into a stream while fishing near Subhash Nagar here, on June 18.
According to the police, at around 2:30 pm, Anil (36), son of Shiva, a resident of Vamanjoor was fishing beside the stream near Subhash Nagar Railway track in Pandeshwar. He is said to have slipped and fallen into the stream and has been missing since then.
Fire personnel arrived at the spot and searching for Anil but were not able to find him until late in the evening.
Pandeshwar police inspector Shantharam along with his team also reached the spot. A case has been registered in the Pandeshwar police station.
