Mangaluru City Corporation Closes for a Week – Mayor Diwakar
Mangaluru: Coronavirus is spreading rapidly in the district. Following the COVID-19 guidelines is the only way to contain the virus from spreading. As a lot of people visit the MCC for personal work, it is not easy to maintain social distancing or follow other COVID-19 guidelines.
In view of the increase in coronavirus cases in the city and contain the virus from further spreading, the city corporation has decided to stop all the activities on its premises. Mayor Diwakar has issued a circular stating that the MCC will be closed for a week for the public from June 29.
The Mayor has requested the public to co-operate and help the administration to contain the spread of the coronavirus.
