Modi never sold tea, just a gimmick to gain sympathy, says Praveen Togadia

Praveen Togadia, who now heads the Antarrashtriya Hindu Parishad, said that the BJP and RSS have no intention of letting the Ram Temple be built.

Agra (IT): Former VHP international working president Praveen Togadia has said that while his friendship with PM Narendra Modi lasted 43 years, he never saw him selling tea. He said that the Prime Minister uses this ‘tea-seller’ image only to gain public sympathy.

Togadia, who now heads the Antarrashtriya Hindu Parishad, said that the BJP and RSS have no intention of letting the Ram Temple be built.

He said, “After PM Modi’s statement, even RSS leader Bhaiyyaji Joshi made it clear that the Ram Temple will not be built in the next five years. These two groups (BJP and RSS) have kept the 125 crore Indians in the dark but now the country’s Hindus have woken up. He said that on February 9, a new political party of the Hindus will be announced and once that party wins in Parliament, temple construction will begin the very next day.”

Commenting on PM Modi, Togadia said that he could burn the midnight oil to bring a law on Triple Talaq in Parliament, but he makes no efforts to do the same on the temple issue.

He said that even if Modi is elected the second time, he will still not build the Ram Temple because the temple issue is the lifeblood of the BJP and RSS. Once this issue is gone, these two organizations will have nothing to go on and will collapse. According to Togadia, this is why they are keeping this issue alive by not letting the temple be constructed.

He said that once his party is in power, Article 35A will be ended in Kashmir and anyone from all over the country will be able to go and buy land there. “Hindus will become a majority there and form a government. The stone pelters will be taught a final lesson. Modi will have to return to Gujarat and Bhaiyyaji Joshi will have to go back to Nagpur after Modi loses the elections in 2019.”
