MP Shobha Karandlaje Should Resign for Disturbing Peace and Harmony – Shyamala Bhandary
Kundapur: “The Member of Parliament is a responsible position in the constitution and every MP has the responsibility to work for the betterment of the people. But Shobha Karandlaje is delivering inciting speeches that have disturbed the peace and communal Harmony in the district. She should immediately resign from her post”, said the Secretary of State Congress and in-charge of Uttara Kannada Shyamala Bhandary.
In her press release, Shyamala Bhandary stated, “Shobha in her speeches have been attacking other communities in places where there is Communal tension. Shobha is acting like she is the custodian of the whole Hindu Community. There are good and a few bad people in all the communities. For one percent of the bad people, one should not blame the entire community. According to the constitution, those who commit a crime should be punished. But if communal violence takes place anywhere, Shobha blames the Congress party for that. Every time Shobha Karandlaje has been demanding the resignation of the Chief Minister.”
Shyamala also stated, “Shobha is going against the Constitution and she does not have any moral right to continue as an MP. She should resign from her post. Shobha being from Dakshina Kannada is delivering inciting speeches and spoiling the peace and harmony in her own district. Shobha through her inciting speeches is trying to spread communal disharmony to the entire state, her actions are shocking and irresponsible.”
Shyamala Bhandary further said that an MP should take all the people of the district into confidence forgetting caste, creed and religion. But she is doing the opposite, she should immediately resign.

This madam is appears to be Anti-Karnataka. Perhaps it is the culture she has grown up in or adopted from some party background. Same as Yeddy; they have to make some noise for no reason.
