Los Angeles, Jan 13 (IANS) Actress Nicole Kidman’s daughters Faith Margaret, four, and Sunday Rose, six, don’t want to follow in her footsteps and become actresses.

“I think they would actually run the other way” the actress, 47, said at a screening of “Paddington” at the Film Society Lincoln Center in New York city, reports people.com.

“(Acting) was just my desire and my motivation, and I don’t see that in Sunday or Faith. They’re like, ‘Nope, we’re not interested’,” she added.

Her two daughters with her husband, country singer Keith Urban, already seem to have career plans of their own.

“Sunday wants to be a vet right now and a party planner. Then she says she wants to be a stay-at-home mom and have eight children. I think that’s her way of saying to me, ‘Stay at home’,” she said.

Although Kidman plays a villain in the film, she never wants to be one to her own kids.

“At one point, I was going to stop working. It was when I was pregnant with Sunday, and I just went, ‘I’m done. I don’t want to be in that place of pain where I’m missing things,” she said.
