  1. This is not possible without the connivance of bank staff. When there are restrictions on exchange/withdrawal , how is it these people got the new notes?
Is it not an insult to the statements made by PM/FM lauding the services of bank staff during the hard days of demonetisation?
There are some unscrupulous staff in the banks whose actions create hardship to many a common persons.
Such staff need punishments comparable with black money hoarders.
