Speaking at the start of the party’s national executive here, Shah said: “The opposition is disappointed and therefore is finding flaws in the BJP that are not even there.

“Instead of finding flaws with us, they should find where their leader is,” Shah was quoted by BJP leader Prakash Javadekar as saying.

The BJP president was taking a jibe at Rahul Gandhi, the Congress vice president who has gone on leave. The Congress is unable to say where he is and when he will return to active politics.

  1. One cannot expect an “……… expert” to understand the function of an opposition party in a democracy. It is frightening that one who is ignorant of the basics of democracy is the leader of a political party.

  2. Opposition should find Rahul, not flaws in BJP: Shah.

Rahul Gandhi has informed the Speaker of the Lok Sabha that he would go on leave. Congress Vice President is not absconding as the mean people in the BJP would like to make him out look to be. Amit Shah and Modi must worry if their Vice President and “jailed for corruption” accused, Yeddyurappa is absconding. Even if Shobha Karandlaje of Cfee Estate infamy is missing, they must worry!

Congress is not mean like the BJP to make jailed accused like Yeddi its Vice President. Congress is not mean like the BJP to make a “Love Jihadi” person and a convict like Union Minister of State for Parliamentary and Minority Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi, a minister in Modi Cabinet.

Meanness in politics is the prerogative of the BJP and the RSS and not of Congress!
