Rape of 7-year-old in MP, ABVP Demands Capital Punishment to Accused
Kundapur: Student members of Akila Bharathiya Vidyarthi Parishath held a huge protest march on Wednesday, July 4 against the brutal rape of a 7-year-old, minor girl in Madhya Pradesh and demanded capital punishment to the accused.
The students of Bhandarkar’s College and BB Hegde College boycotted the classes and took out a protest march from Shasthri Circle to the Mini Vidhana Soudha.
The members of ABVP raised slogans against the accused and demanded death sentences to them.
The protesters submitted a memorandum to Thasildar Kiran Gouraiah.
ABVP leaders Sukesh Poojary, Roshan Poojary, Gururaj, Pawan Shetty, Prasanna Shetty, Sukhdeep Shetty, Roshan and others were present.
