Rider Severely Injured after Ritz Car Rams into Bike
Mangaluru: A bike rider was seriously injured after a Ritz car collided into the bike at Nantur here on December 31.
The injured has been identified as Krishna Acharya (26) from Ashoknagar.
According to sources, on December 31, at around 4:45 pm, a Ritz car coming from the wrong side collided into the motorbike. Due to the impact, the rider was thrown to the ground and the motorbike caught fire.
The Kadri Traffic police reached the spot for further investigations. The rider was severely injured and shifted to the A J Hospital.
Kadri Traffic police have registered a case and are investigating.
