Rs 1.5 Lakh Unaccounted Cash Seized at Mala Check-Post
Karkala: The Election officials along with Karkala Police have seized unaccounted cash of Rs 1.5 lakh from a Bolero Jeep at the Mala Check-Post on Tuesday, March 12 night.
According to the police as a routine Lok Sabha election checking process, the police and officials found Rs 1.5 lakh unaccounted cash from Balakrishna and Sayed in the Bolero Jeep they were traveling.
The Police have handed over the cash to the Karkala Thasildar for further investigations.
