RTI Activist Ajoy D’Silva files Defamation Complaint against Pat Braggs
Mangaluru: A defamation complaint was filed by RTI activist Ajoy D’Silva in Urva Police Station, Mangaluru against a certain Patrick Ronald Braggs, Bejai, Mangaluru due to a false and damaging Facebook group.

Team Mangalorean spoke to the complainant RTI activist Ajoy D’Silva who said, the said comment accused him of looting MCC funds as a contractor, getting caught and getting blacklisted, which is absolutely baseless. “I have never associated with MCC in any contracts.” he said, adding, “Such comments were posted by the same person several times in the recent past in MCC Civic Group (WhatsApp) too, constraining me to approach the respective law enforcement agencies and the courts of law in order to deter such repetitive falsehoods by Patrick Ronald Braggs. In addition to me, this is a defamation of the nationwide RTI activists’ fraternity.”
