Singer Jerry Bajjodi Dies while Performing for Ganeshotsava in Bejai
Mangaluru: A renowned singer and music composer Jerald D’Souza died due to cardiac arrest while performing for Ganeshotsava in Bejai here on September 3.
According to police, on September 3, Jerry was performing for Ganeshotsava in Pinto’s Colony Bejai. While he was performing he developed pain in the chest. He was rushed to the hospital but he breathed his last.
Jerry has composed nearly 60 songs and presented many musical nites in Mangaluru as well as in Mumbai. His songs Avoipona and Roopa are most popular among other songs.
