SRK poses with Rembrandt painting at Rijksmuseum

Mumbai, Sep 17 (IANS) Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, who is currently in Amsterdam shooting for Imtiaz Alis film, gave his fans a glimpse of his date with the world famous Rijksmuseum.

The actor, who was particularly drawn to a painting “The Night Watch” by Dutch artist Rembrandt, tweeted: “Surrounded by Masters keeping a Nightwatch. Rembrandt and others at the awesome Rijks Museum. Amsterdam beautiful.”

Shah Rukh, who features with Anushka Sharma in the movie, also posted a selfie along with the painting that portrayed a 17th century society where people had to take turns to act as nightwatches to guard their localities from robbers.

Despite a tight schedule, the actor is making the most of his recess by shooting crazy videos in the beautiful city. In one such video, he is seen giving his Dutch assistant director a lesson on the famous Hindi tongue twister “Kaccha papad, pakka papad”.

In another instance, the actor shared a video of himself along with his younger son AbRam, posing as Spiderman.

Shah Rukh, who seems to be having a gala time with his crew members and co-star Anushka Sharma in Amsterdam, also shared a hilarious video where he is seen imitating footballer Lionel Messi and basketball champion Michael Jordan.

The film featuring SRK and Anushka has the working title “The Ring”.
