St Aloysius hosts Talk by Subramanyan Ganesh IRS on ‘Building Wider Perspective on the Society’
Mangaluru: The UPSC Coaching Class Programme of St. Aloysius College (Autonomous) has organised several talks by eminent persons to address its aspirants. On September 26, 2018 at Sanithya Hall. Subramanyam Ganesh, IRS addressed the aspirants on building a wider perspective on the society.
Mr. Subramanyam addressed the gathering in an interactive manner. He talked about the need to dispel darkness and ignorance, the need to have a larger interest of the society, and the need to have rightly placed emotions and genuine empathy. This realization, he stressed, along with willingness will allow competence to kiss one’s feet.
Dr. Rose Veera D’ Souza welcomed the gathering and informed the audience on the UPSC Coaching Class Programme that has been so far been conducted in the College since June 2017. She formally introduced the Chief Guest. Rev. Dr Praveen Martis S.J., the Principal of the College presided over the function and shared his message of sacrifice, service and sharing. Dr. Joyce Lobo wrapped the session with the vote of thanks.
