The Hindu Temple, Dubai Achieves ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Certification – A Global Milestone in Information Security
DUBAI, UAE: The Hindu Temple, Dubai, has successfully achieved ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, the internationally recognised standard for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).

According to the certification records, the Temple has been awarded Certificate No. IAS/ISMS/2026/00003 by Cyber AI Certification Inc., based at 50 Harrison Street, Hoboken, New Jersey, USA. The certificate is valid from August 14, 2026, to August 13, 2029.
The certification covers the Temple’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) for the management of IT services, operations and infrastructure, in accordance with the Statement of Applicability (SoA), Version 1.0, dated July 23, 2026.
The certification marks a significant milestone in the adoption of internationally recognised information-security standards by religious and community institutions.
First Hindu Temple Globally to Achieve ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Certification
As reflected in certification records published through the International Accreditation Forum (IAF), The Hindu Temple, Dubai, is recognised as the first Hindu temple globally to achieve ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification.
The certification was completed through Cyber AI Certification following a comprehensive process that included assessment, implementation of information-security controls, internal auditing and a certification audit.

The Temple will therefore continue to maintain, review and strengthen its management systems, information-security practices, policies and controls in response to evolving operational requirements, technologies and cybersecurity risks.
The certificate specifies that surveillance audits are due annually, with the first surveillance audit due by August 13, 2027, and the second by August 13, 2028. The certificate also states that the certification remains valid subject to the required audits being conducted and the applicable certification conditions being fulfilled.
