“There was a time when engineering students were opting for foreign countries to build their career but with depression in the global market, students tend to choose civil services and government jobs to shape their career. Job satisfaction is a primary factor to succeed in every job. These days software engineers are finding it difficult to spend their money due to hectic work schedule and without job satisfaction. Civil service is a platform where you can serve the society and shape one’s career,” he added.
