VTU organizes a One-Day Workshop on “AICTE Model Curriculum for BE-First Year Courses” at Sahyadri Campus, Mangaluru
Mangaluru: Over 600 faculties who teach 1st year engineering from various colleges of Mysore and Mangaluru Region attended the One-Day Workshop organized by Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi on “AICTE Model Curriculum for BE-First Year Courses” at Sahyadri Campus, Mangaluru. Honourable Vice-Chancellor of Mangalore University Dr K Byrappa, Registrar of VTU Dr H.N Jagannath Reddy, BOS Chairman of Basic Sciences & Engineering Board were present during the occasion.
The topics related to Outcome Based Education, Course Outcome and Blooms Taxonomy were dealt with during the day-long workshop. Dr Manjunath Bhandary, President, Bhandary Foundation, Dr D L Prabhakar – Director, Dr U M Bhushi – Director-Strategic and Planning, Dr R Srinivasa Rao Kunte – Principal were also present in the progarmme.
