Today to mark the 29th death anniversary of Rajiv Gandhi, we thought of distributing monetary assistance to the needy people in the district. We have distributed Rs 200 to 256 people in the district. We have selected 28 people each from 7 Assembly constituencies and from Mangaluru South Constituencies we have selected 60 people and given them one-day NYAY. We will continue to help the underprivileged people by providing monetary assistance under NYAY. Let the Central government provide financial assistance to the underprivileged people for six months.
